Top Three Tips For Efective Time Management
As I sit here to share some of the ideas to avoid when you are climbing the stairs of success, I kind of remember the floors I have walked on. When I had started my journey I was as naive as a beginner. After I discovered my fears and anxiety that had kept me trapped made me realize that they are stopping me from jumping from fearful state to the fearless state. Later I learned that success comes from actions as well as positive attitudes that manifests from the mindset. In this blog I will give you three main obstacles that you should avoid when you are on your road to success.
1.Stop Pleasing
Change is inevitable and people change. They may like us this moment and speak ill of us the next. It is not in our hands how people see us, but what we can do is control our feedback to them.
If you feel like you are behaving in a manner which is based on pleasing, then you are doing it wrong my friend. You are not listening to your spirit but your ego. Take a step back and think it through, or else you will end up doing everything wrong. Remember, your motive is to bring traffic to your products and service
2.To The Future Not The Past
Where do you look the most when you drive a car, at the front mirror or at the rear? The front mirror is your opportunities, happiness and life. Therefore looking at the past will only slow down your pace. You can sometimes rewind to just see what you could have done better though. Give more effort and time to your growth, if you spend time in your past, you will get caught up and will eventually forget to move forward. Focus on how far you’ve come and how far you can go, never count the miles you have traveled to reach where you are right now.
3.Perfectionism Is A Myth
My biggest weakness is the way I overthink everything; I am doing it as I am writing. Perfectionism is a trendy word; over thinking and trying to be perfect in everything is a disease. Nothing in this world is perfect; they are imperfectly perfect. We waste our time by trying to make things fit, as they should according to us. It’s just the way we perceive things. Don’t be so hard on yourself, just do your best and let the box fit itself. You have given what you were supposed to. There is no point in destroying yourself in order to build something.
